3rd time lucky...
There was an issue with the previous installation due to installing concrete before the DNS had updated. So I had to wipe the whole thing because the links were screwed.
I *think* this will work now...

Forums are back up, but not graphically configured yet. It does work tho. I'll be working on a new kb next.

Killboard has been installed. Again not there graphically, but the functionality works!
