Not a huge amount is said that we don't already know. Supercaps nerfed and dreads buffed, plus this ever-stated but never-coming promise to boost the role of smaller groups. The noises coming are good, but these sorts of things have been promised for a long time, so really I think there is nothing to do but wait and see what we get.
One thing that is likely this winter is the Establishments - the hairdresser and florist shops that will start to dominate the inside of stations. Couldn't be more underwhelmed personally, and I think that any additional players that are drawn to this content will be so disconnected from the rest of the game that they will do nothing to improve it.
We won't even be allowed to punch them in the (virtual) face.
